"Bringing society and organization back in" is not yet a topic of the consulting business. Focussing the institutional change and entrepreneurship of management consulting nevertheless helps to understand the way in which consultants in Germany influence their institutional contexts and connect their activities and the interests of other actors in society. "Paving the way for consulting business to grow" was their old storyline. Arising new institutions and transforming existing institutions will be a new challenge in consulting-fields and consulting research as well. |
